Optimal Bedtime for a 6:30 AM Wakeup

An adult needs to wake up at 6:30 AM and wants 5 full sleep cycles (7.5 hours of sleep).

Total sleep time: 5 * 90 mins = 450 minutes (7 hours 30 minutes).
Add 14 minutes to fall asleep = 464 minutes total.
Subtract 464 minutes from 6:30 AM.
Optimal bedtime = 10:46 PM.
Result: Go to bed at 10:46 PM (or 9:16 PM for 9 hours of sleep).
